Warranty Coverage
Our knives come with a lifetime warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship. If your knife experiences any issues due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What’s Covered:

Defects in materials or workmanship.
Issues that arise from normal use and maintenance.

What’s Not Covered:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect (including but not limited to using the knife for non-cutting tasks, improper storage, or exposing it to harsh chemicals).
Wear and tear from normal use over time, including but not limited to dulling of the blade, handle discoloration, or patina formation.
Modifications or alterations to the knife, including any repairs made by third parties.

Knife warranties vary by manufacturer and may cover defects in materials and workmanship. They often don’t cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your knife is defective, please file a warranty claim with the following information:

Proof of purchase. Email address or phone number is just fine
A description of the issue.
Photographs of the knife showing the defect.

We will assess your claim and determine the appropriate solution. In some cases, we may request that you return the knife to us for inspection.
